So my wife's car has been sitting in the sun for a couple of years now and the headlights have gone completely yellow and cloudy to the point where she's genuinely nervous driving at night, which is obviously not ideal. We're on a bit of a tight budget at the moment so replacing the whole headlight units is completely out of the question, but at the same time I don't want to waste money on some cheap fix that's going to fail after a few weeks. I live in the Musaffah Shabiya area and I've seen quite a few garages and detailing shops around but it's really hard to tell which ones actually do a good job versus which ones just promise the world and then deliver nothing. I've been searching for an Affordable headlight restoration service in Musaffah Shabiya because I'm hoping there's somewhere local that can sort this out properly without breaking the bank. Ideally I want someone who will wet sand the lenses, polish them properly and then apply a UV clear coat that'll actually protect them from the sun here. I don't mind paying a reasonable amount for good work but I want to know I'm getting value for money. Has anyone found a decent place around here that does this well? Would really appreciate some honest recommendations because I'm tired of seeing my wife stress out every time she has to drive after sunset.
