My 7 Series is throwing random errors, is it the battery?

I've had my 2018 7 Series for about two years now and it's been rock solid up until recently, but over the past couple of weeks I've been getting these random error messages that pop up and then disappear just as quickly. One day it told me the parking brake had a malfunction, the next day it said the suspension system needed attention, and yesterday it gave me a drivetrain warning that made me pull over immediately only for the message to clear itself when I restarted the car. I took it to a general mechanic who couldn't find any actual faults and suggested it might be a failing battery causing voltage fluctuations that confuse all the different control modules. He explained that modern BMWs are so heavily dependent on stable electrical power that when the battery starts to degrade, it can cause all sorts of phantom error messages that don't actually correspond to real mechanical problems. I'm not sure if I should just replace the battery and hope it fixes everything or if I should take it to a BMW specialist for a full diagnostic. I've been searching online for information about this and found a useful page where you can click here for BMW battery service in Dubai that seems to explain the whole registration process and why it matters. I'm leaning towards just getting the battery replaced because it's original and probably due anyway, but I'm curious if anyone else has experienced these random error messages that turned out to be battery related. I really don't want to pay for an expensive diagnostic only to find out it was just a battery issue all along.
